LEGAL NOTICE
If you live in a state or locality that restricts or prohibits forced-reset triggers or similar rapid-fire activation devices, you may not legally purchase or possess the Super Safety product. It is your responsibility to research and understand the laws that apply where you live before placing an order.
Shipping & Order Policies
1. Legal Shipping Limitations
Blue Ridge Components only ships items to states and jurisdictions where the product is lawful to own and receive under applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Customers are fully responsible for verifying that a product is legal in their area prior to ordering.
2. Order Screening & Cancellation
Every order may be reviewed for legal compliance. If there is uncertainty or a potential restriction, we reserve the right to:

Cancel the order

Issue a refund
•
Request additional verification or information
3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues, compliance checks, weather, or high order volume.
4. Refused or Returned Deliveries
Orders that are refused or returned because of incorrect customer information or legal restrictions may incur:

Restocking fees
•
Deduction of shipping costs from any refund
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages due to potential transit issues. However, if the item is successfully delivered back to us, it will be processed accordingly.
5. Risk of Loss
Once a shipment is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer, except where local law states otherwise.
6. International Orders
Blue Ridge Components does not offer international shipping.
Refund & Return Policy
1. Final Sale Policy
Because these products are firearm-related components, all purchases are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item with a defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
•
A clear description of the issue
•
Photos when applicable
If approved, we may provide — at our discretion — a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
•
Firearm-related parts that have been installed or used
•
Custom or special-order products
•
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
4. Unauthorized Returns
Any package returned without prior approval will be refused and sent back to the sender.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting customer support may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.
